Trackless gate systems are innovative entrance solutions that provide secure and aesthetic access for large openings. The structure of the gate is made of high-quality steel profiles, ensuring long-lasting durability. RHS/SHS profiles used for posts provide high strength and excellent resistance against external conditions. The leaf profiles are also robust, ensuring stability and structural integrity. The panel system can be configured as Double Panel or Single Panel depending on security requirements. Wire thickness can reach up to 18 mm, offering strong resistance against impacts and external interference.
Trackless gates offer wide customization options based on different project requirements. The height ranges from 1.00 meter to 2.40 meters, while the width can be adjusted from 3.00 meters up to 12.00 meters. This wide range ensures suitability for almost any entrance or access point. The system can be adapted for both motorized and manual use.
The design combines modern aesthetics with strong functionality. Color options include green, black, grey and other custom RAL colors. This allows full integration with the surrounding environment or architectural design. High-quality materials ensure excellent resistance against harsh weather conditions.
The system can optionally be integrated with motorized automation. However, since it operates without a ground rail system, issues related to floor tracks are completely eliminated. The absence of ground rails also provides easier cleaning and maintenance advantages.
